Builder Boy at 1819 Redondo Avenue #101, Signal Hill, California.

Just starting a project with Builder Boy. I have been dealing with Kenny and Sarah and so far every thing has been going smoothly. Good and professional communication. I will update with pictures and new details as the project progresses.

The project involves removing all the old siding and stucco from our 3000 sq ft house. Repairing any damage, wrapping the house in a water barrier, installing new smooth stucco, new stone, new iron grate on balcony, and redoing an exterior water proof deck.

The contract was signed yesterday. Builder Boy has stated they will get started Thursday or Friday of this week. I will post and update when they start and provide some picture in the next week or so.
